How to Return an Item
Use the Contact Us link on the home page to request a return authorization for your return.General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by WisdomInTheWord.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less any discount coupons applied to the purchase). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your item back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
WisdomInTheWord.com does not accept returns of the following items:• Any product missing the serial number or UPC
• Downloadable products
• Gift certificates
• Custom items, unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Contact Us page to request a replacement.If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please request a return authorization using the Contact Us page, return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item), and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive them.
